"Trial began on Monday Nov 11th and expected to conclude by Friday Nov 22nd. 
According to the pre-trial conference (the Nov 11-22 window) was supposed to 
give sufficient time for all experts and witnesses to address their respective areas 
(Jurisdiction, Merits and Quantum) and be questioned by the Tribunal and cross 
examined by the other party.

It was also agreed in the pre-trial conference that closing statements by both 
parties would be submitted in written form post the Trial."
