I should have said IMHO. My understanding is that Tenor now controls the board with 3 of 5 seats. It is also my understanding that there would be costs to begin trading again on the pinks again.

Do you see any advantages for Kry to have this stock to start trading again in your opinion? I realise some share holders want it to start trading again to place a value on shares or to gamble on success or failure. I'm just don't think the Monitor, Tenor or even the bondholders want to see money going to renew trading.

this stock wouldn't start trading unless an award was announced first!

that statement is not accurate at all. you have no idea when it will be listed, the fact two parties may want it list as soon as the trial and a new member to the court,is either pick or the old one will stay on.
