What, you expect me to lie? Yes. Happened at another web site where things are sometimes allowed to get way out of hand. Over-reaction response to being bombarded with not-so-nice things in pm's there. This so-called, "spread of misinformation" amounts to a few posts that used the words "worthless" or "cancelled." People here have publically repeated those two terms here many more times over, than I ever have. Likely, PM's kept you aware of all of this. Regardless, if you need to focus on someone as, "the evil one," hey, looks like I'm still your guy. No real change concerning that.

On your follow-up question... Well, ok, you asked...
Realistically, today, right now, during Market open time, or even privately, what cash value can be received on 12(j) equities? Be realistic. Maybe CRYFQ will trade in the future, but the SEC, FINRA, DTCC, are much tougher on revoked equities than in the past, so unlikely any help there.
Technically, the shares do retain shareholder rights. And, one of those rights is to vote for Board Members, but three new Board Members appear and no proxy. Since AGM's are cancelled, it would be tough to form a recall. Then there is that speculation of ICSID leftovers being split among Commons... Reading the latest fins filing and the shareholder's rights plan shows no mandate to disburse a windfall, so no help there.

I'm open-minded, but until Crystallex publically discloses that Commons definitely get an ICSID award disbursement - call me extremely skeptical.
