I referred not to stocks that have been delisted or suspended, but those that have never publicly traded. I must therefore assume that you are not an "accredited investor", so have no idea what I'm talking about.

Moreover, you apparently have never formed a private corporation to run a business or you would also have a small clue on stock rights that are completely unrelated to whether they publicly trade.
