Nice post JJ. Seems filings stop short, and need "reading into."
Otherwise, be no discussion and no one using the word hope.

Actions give everyone doubt of Fung protecting shareholders.
Right to vote vanished with the Crystallex-Tenor Board appointments.
Crystallex filed their SEDAR, and "forgets" the EDGAR.
Doubt those really slipped by "shareholder protectors" Fung/Neubold.
Dearly cost Shareholders their biggest leverage and right, liquidity.
Fung wanted no AGM's and the judge approved.
Was the real reason the cost of the AGM?
