Wow,that looks like a list of all the shareholders,not hl's. Now that's a classic example of too many cooks in the kitchen. The system of how one gets to moderator/HL status is flawed here imo. The best, most valuable and most useful forum will allow critically opposing opinion and discussion that can be very hard to keep civil from a moderating standpoint, though can be done.

One must always remember the purpose of these forums in a list of priorities. First is to make money by wise choices based on information. It tapers off to the social aspect coming in as an added fringe benefit though not diminishing its enjoyment and value as well while at the same time being on opposite sides of the discussion or topic.
