Regardless of all motive and intent, rules or no rules, any forum that concerns itself directly with Crystallex, is a non-starter at this point in time unless it is for the more social side of things. EVERYTHING can be garnered through monitors reports and sec filings. There is nothing to add from anyone else no matter what "expertise" they may have in anything. It's a court case. This forum and I'm sure the other one is no more than coffee shop talk. Any one interested in knowing the latest goings on, go see the monitors reports and the sec, don't get all dependent on some prominent forum posters.
