By all means Michael. Anyone who has shares and is thinking of proceeding with any plan should know what they are getting into.

I'm assuming either JC doesn't have any shares and is asking the questions for his own reasons or he has shares and is afraid to ask who he is going to be dealing with and prefers someone else do it for him.

Personally, before I would move ahead I would want information but I have a lot of shares and a vested interest in the outcome.
