Don, you posted on this public forum for all to read "a select few ostasized, insulted, and ridiculed those who disagreed ". If you wanted the names put out there you should be the one to do so since it is your statement of fact. If I was to guess and be wrong you or JC would would jumping all over me for putting words in your mouth or twisting your words so I have decided to post based on what your willing to say.

You answered Pam's post "The sad thing is what was done to this board/hub and to the good people who just wanted to share information, ideas and a laugh." with the following:

In my opinion, many of the people who are still here wish things would be back they way they were before the board was dismantled with insults and ridicule as you put it. I have moved on and acept this board for what it is. I don't think anyone will disagree that the old board was much more informative than the current board. You can debate whether the information was accurate or not but at least there was an exchange of information.

You said I was taking a jab at you and JC. My comment about the old saying "careful what you wish for" was meant for anyone who wished and wanted the board to be cleaned up and were now unhappy with the lack of sharing of information because a lot of the information came from those who left the board in the clean up. I don't considered you as one of the people who are now whining about lack of information. In my opinion, you have accepted that there will be less posts and information now that so many have left the board. I'm not trying to put words in your mouth, just my impression based on not seeing you post and complain about the situation.

While I'm on the subject let me make some other obsevations I believe to be true.

There were many fights on the old board between posters. Much revolved around comments that were either very positive or very negative. The balance I talked about was how we had just as many pumpers as dumpers who didn't post facts just opinions. It was the majority of posters that were not extremeists who supplied information to the board.

JC is free to share his opinion but this statement is simply false. I attened the AGM prior to CCAA protection and discussed with management the bondholders and their offer to avoid bankruptcy. I read the Bondholders court documents with their plan for restructuring when Crystallex went into CCAA protection.

The bondholders plan was to eliminate all share value of existing shareholders. Anyone can check the court documents to see this is a fact. While current shareholders may end up with little or nothing when everything is said and done saying the Tenor deal is worse that the bondholders plan is ludicrous and I said so.

This is the type of statement that caused many of those" a select few ostasized, insulted, and ridiculed those who disagreed" to fight back. A comment amongst posters on the old board was why would someone who owns no shares in a company continue to post on a stock board after selling their shares if they ever had any. I could post my theories but thats all they would be. The only person who knows is JC.

Other than to ridiculle or gloat I don't understand the purpose of the post. The only thing missing was the statement at the end saying I hope I'm wrong.

This has actually been cathartic for me.
