mayo, i'm not sure how a decision on grz helps kry shareholders (other than maybe it could help hurry things along somehow) but like everything at icsid there is no set time period or even average time period. vannessa took 2 months after costs submitted. the original highbury case (they filed a new one this month?) took 6 months after costs submitted. seems like some get done very quickly, others may take a year.

the highbury ramstein mining concession case really has me scratching my head. odd.
