I would disagree with the concept that the ruling against Infinito was setting a precendent for lawsuits about Las Cristinas when the 2 cases are comparable only because they involved both companies wanting to mine Las Cristinas.

If you look up each case I think you will find that Infinito had no case as proven by the ruling and ours is on very solid footing.
