If you are Canadian using jcwillis' suggestion send a letter to Newbould REGISTERED saying the following which I did.
June 18, 2014
Honourable Mr. Justice Newbould
Ontario Superior Court of Justice
330 University Ave,
Toronto, ON M5G 1T3, Canada
Your Honour;
I am a shareholder of Crystallex International a company now in your court. I, like many Canadians have put money into this company in hopes of a reasonable return. The outflow of Canadian savings into this company is enormous. We invested a great deal of money into the infrastructure around the area in preparation for mining going back as far as 2005.. It is our money that provided the initial development of the research and development in Venezuela. A lot of Canadian money went into this. If Tenor gets most of the money not much of it will come back to Canadians and I am asking you to consider the amount of loss to Canada itself.
Our loss prevents us from investing further in Canadian Companies.
I don’t know what else to say but I am out $84,000.00. Other Canadians I know are out a lot more than that.
Small investors like myself have little access to state our case and hopefully this letter will get to you.
Yours truly.
I don't think non-Canadians should submit such a letter to Chief Justice Newbould Canadian because if we Canadians are successful in getting the Chief Justices's attention you would be included anyway.
Canadians should put their own money investment in the place where I said for me $84,000.00.
I think it is important that you send it registered. $10.15 with tax.
Can't Hurt to Try.
