Looks like there is going to be a revolution sooner than later down there, starving people become very motivated. When it's all over and the Communists are gone, the world aid people will rush in, feed and innoculate everyone, then a more frendly capitalist system wil be proposed by the World Bankers. They will refinance Venezuela in exchange for major concessions and the country will have to make good out of future GNP on it's past mistakes and obligations as part of the deal. After that, they will start their crappicola all over and be broke again probably within five years.
