Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Yeah Don, too many variables to get a good final number of what might be split among shareholders, if it ever comes to pass. About the only number that one can realistically calculate is a guessed award less all of the loans/expenses/fees and give-away percentage.
What happens after the award is extremely important and only adds to the guesswork. Specifically, what exactly will Crystallex-Tenor do with the collected award leftovers? They do not have to distribute it. Among other choices, Tenor-Crystallx could; Continue in the mining business; Complete their rearrangement and start a new company; Distribute leftovers.
We all have heard the chatter of someone talking to someone in the company, and they heard KRY will distribute the leftovers. Until such information is PR'ed, it really is only a rumor.
