Just take the max possible ICSID award, and start subtracting. First out is the Bondie loan (plus interest), then all the Tenor loans (plus interest and loan fees), then other outstanding loans/bills, then that "thanks for the loan" percentage of ICSID award given to Tenor.
After those subtractions, cipher out 12% (actually about a fifth to quarter of a percent less than 12%) for the left overs that might (depending on what the Tenor infused Crystallex management decides) still be distributed to commons. That leftover amount divided by the shares (commons and preferreds) shows the price per share. Anyone can do it. Give it a try.
