I could be wrong, and perhaps someone else has already mentioned this, but it almost sounds as if KRY does not want to take back the mine. This was my impession too when arbitration began. They have been trying to recover what they would have profited had they been allowed to proceed with development back when they filed for the final permit to develop the mine.

If this is so, let those skunks from that other company deal with the hard work, and KRY will merely deposit a check (should the award be at or near the level of their claim).

Frankly, I and many others over the last 20-25 years have been proven to have been in the right by backing the company, but will go without compensation for the win, having been forced to take the tax loss long ago. Now, the award/rewards will go to others (if/when it comes), a lessen in keeping money close to home (i.e., North America).
