President of the National Assembly, Henry Ramos, warned the foreign lenders that any national interest contract entered into by the Venezuelan government is "null and void".
"Foreign lenders: absolute zero national contracts entered into by the Chavez government without the authorization of the AN nullity" said Allup on his Twitter account.
Parliament Speaker said that the government "is topping off oil and mineral wealth of Venezuela" to outside investors.
He asserted that the word homeland "is hypocrisy in the mouth of the government," referring to the mining concessions granted President Nicolas Maduro to Gold Reserve.
