Crystallex shares was delisted from the TSX in Jan 2012 and from the amex June 2011, trading suspending in the OTC for failure to file, Crystallex is seeking US$3.8-billion from Venezuela in Int'l court, give away most in DIP financing to Tenor and Management, shareholders perpetually waiting and hoping.
