Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
That is an interesting thought. However, if the award is collected, it seems Tenor would no longer be a creditor since they would be paid off. CCAA is there to see creditors paid off and the company continue to live on. So, KRY will make a motion to come out of CCAA possibly to give it all up and disburse what is left of the award... or, motion to use the award as they so choose, maybe back into mining. Lots of mights and possibilities in this drawn out saga.
As I noted earlier, a long road still to go on this one.
