Tenor is on the board and has distanced itself as a debtor by forming a new company as the DIP lender. They seem to be now integrated on the Crystallex Board for better or worse.

It's all business for these Tenor-KRY managment folks when it comes to using other people's money and stocks and all associated. Only wish my warnings would have been taken more seriously and less people hurt. I have no ill will with anyone posting here or elsewhere.

I can't change how people think, only they can themselves. I'm sure many here read "hoping for the best" in a bad way as you describe. I do mean for the best, but doubt that changes anyone's opinion about it. Message boards are brutal and feelings run deep on this play.
