Well, well, well... Looks like Crystallex AND the DIP lender (actually one in the same) are arguing against the representation committee. Now who woulda though?

Pretty interesting reading.

These outfits want everyone but themselves excluded, as if their actions did not already indicate such. Be more shenanigans coming as they swipe the morsels that are left.
