Dismissed? Tough to squeeze more barristers in at the feeding trough?

Interesting to note that Reyes opposed the moving parties motion.

This play took from more than its fair share. Sophisticated investors. Some well heeled.

Wonder if this will be the last we hear, or if they go all ad hoc. Might get more interesting.
