The time for commons to assert themselves was when the company moved to cancel AGMs. The judge was not a friend to commons by ok'ing the motion. Any perceived "protection" of commons by CCAA is only collateral through the protecting of stakeholders and management.

CCAA is for protecting the company, which is the management. It's just business.
