Twist this CCAA situation around all you want, but CCAA is all about keeping the business (the company/management) alive long enough to pay off the debt. Creditors may or may not get paid back in CCAA, and not always the full amount. There is no guarantee for creditors. Unless, there is a "groundbreaking" judgment, where the creditor becomes the management/company.
