I agree SS but I imagine one of the points of Fung and the boys fighting against an opt out committee was so it would make it more difficult to reach shareholders.

Similar to the board, some of us are shareholders and some are not. That is why I was not interested in posting any documents that are designed for shareholders.

Go to the site, hook up with one of the legal team and get the information first hand. I would be shocked if you didn't see the value of opting in. Compared to the deal Fung swung with his cronies at Tenor this deal is amazing for shareholders.

If Fung had made a deal with these type of costs we wouldn't be even talking about it. We would have all been saying what a great business man Fung is.
