I've heard they hadn't anticipated how many disgruntled shareholders there actually were and how quick we have responded to the opportunity to seek justice.

The shear volume of shareholders wanting in is amazing. After all these years of being kicked by management it is our turn to kick back.

I did hear that some people looking for information didn't supply a name or anything to help indentify themselves as shareholders.

Your suggestion of what to include in making contact sounds like the best idea.
