I think a lot of the comments posted here that have incorrect assumptions can be negated with a little DD by going through the court documents and motions.

I get a sense that some members feel they are not as informed as others here but what it really comes down to is those of us who have read all the documents know more about what is happening than those who have not.

This doesn't make us smarter just more inquisitive.
