He is not back in his office until July 7th. Not to worry, no hurry. He will respond but is on a break. He does keep track of his e-mails while away. Bug him after July 7th.

I wrote on this board: The bold below is what he e-mailed to me that I'm sharing.

"A response will come from Delna Contractor of our office in the next day or so. We are dealing with a high volume of requests." "
