To the best of my knowledge Tony has not posted here. I do know myself and a couple of others did speak to him when he first filed. Seemed genuine, had lots of shares for him and his family. Talked to him after they burned through the first DIP and he said they were all legit costs. Soon after he stopped corresponding.

As I said before, no reason to oppose a shareholder committee who want the same rights he has unless he thinks it will affect him financially.
