I agree JJ, except for the turning a profit part. Regardless, it seems a no brainer to me. Some pointed out Gowling only represents the committee, yes but reading the response from Gowling it clearly states that those that opt in will be represented by the committee and in turn by Gowling, under the committees wing. Seems clear to me. Quote: "The Committee reserves the right to permit a shareholder to opt in to be represented by the Committee and, if they are permitted to opt in, to remain represented by the Committee as an opt in shareholder."
