I have struggled through all the Motion Materials and all the gallant efforts by JJ to educate the ignorant. However, I still mave a question or two:

1) Has anybody seen the Tenor Agreement? I cannot find it anywhere. And in a nutshell what does it say?

2) How is the Shareholder Committee/ Gowling going to maximize the payment to Shareholders? Are the going to court to fight the Tenor deal?

3) How sure are we Ve. is going to pay and when?
