I have few questions for KRY:
According with your opinion: how long it will take to Gowlling to come up with some results?
I don't think anyone can answer that question. I've been in Kry for over 10 years so to guess how long it will Gowlings to come up with some results is fruitless. By the definition of some results, Gowlings has already gotten results and the attention of Tenor, Kry, Noteholders, Reyes and the court. The fact there is now an ad hoc committee that is directing Gowlings is a result of 9 shareholders saying no more.
If your question is when do we get money nobody can answer that.
what chances do we have to win? when can we expect some positive news for shareholders? final resulution of this KRY's case with Gowlling involvement?
Chances of winning are a matter of debate. My opinion is we have an excellent chance of success based on a couple of things. Probably the most important is that Gowlings is doing this with there own money. Firms like Gowlings don't take cases like this on a contingency fee basis unless they know they can get their money back and a profit.
Shareholders already have positive news that an ad hoc committee has been formed and is trying to get some of our award back. Without the ad hoc committee the only news we would be getting was another press release saying Tenor was loaning more money to the company they have majority control of the board for our remaining 12%.
Nobody can predict the final time frame. I do know that it doesn't revolve around Easter.
