There were numerous voices saying that there would be no cost to opt-in, in the beginning, but there seemed little justification for those opinions, and it seems that many voice those "opinions", on both sides, with little or no expertise, or don't even have any skin in the game.

That sounded like a win-win at the time. Now I am perfectly willing to join, and I already have, if in fact any rewards would come from actual "proceeds".

Like most everyone else, I have invest too much based on nothing more than specuation, and had written this off as a total loss, long ago, although had never tried to report it on my income taxes.

31¢ or more per share would make me whole again, except for 10 or 11 years of lost opportunity.
