A lot of talk here about if we should sign up or not with Gowling. From my end all common shareholders will get something in the mail if a class action suit is filed to protect us. There is no way that any common shareholders can get any preferred treatment because they did or didn't sign up with Gowling.I unfortunately have been through a few of these things. If Gowling feels like they could file this for all common shareholders, then they would have to represent all of us. Now some might decline but that will be their option. Rob, thanks for helping be my mouthpiece. I also think that Fung and the board has a responsibility to the shareholders and can't cut special deals for themselves ahead of shareholders. Even though they controlled the board, they take on the responsibilty to the shareholders. Courts don't take fondly to boards trying to rip off the shareholders.
