There is no advantage to "getting in early" with Gowlings. All common shareholders will have to be represented or given the offer to join. It can't just be some. It just doesn't work that way. No one can create a new class of stock that is ahead of everyone else. It may be Gowlings as the firm to represent all common shareholders, I just prefer to see the information mailed to me in a more formal way.
