I have not heard more from Delna, but just sent her an e-mail asking if my information was all in good order.

They had asked about my ID again, some time ago, but then acknowledged that they had recieved my Florida driver's license.

I'm sure they are overwhelmed but the confusion is a bit unsettleing.
