There is no threshold for the amount of shares. The committee wanted to represent everyone so I can't see how a threshold is an issue. It doesn't matter if you have 1 share or 100 million shares, we are all in the same boat.

Can't explain the problem you are experiencing but hopefully it is resolved quickly. Let us know how you make out.
