Hi, JJ.  I just sent a PM to Pam (and a bunch of others).  All went fine.  Do you mind trying again and sending me a PM.  There may be a 2-3 second lag as the engines get revved up but should work fine.

If not, use the "Chat Tech Support" button in the bottom right hand corner to report it not working. Let them know what hardware you are using (laptop, desktop, phone, etc.) and your browser.
