Well I'm back Gino1234 and I will expand. 

First off I did not receive any private message from you unless you are using more that one name on the board so you have started off with something not true.

I respond to every private email as I get them but you did not send one so that is why there is no reply.

Your lawyer has given you good advice to ask the Gowling people for answers to your questions. If they haven't responded yet I'm sure they will eventually.

Do you have a timeline of when you sent them questions? Perhaps your questions did not get to them since I certainly didn't get a PM from you. Your first post here was Saturday (yesterday morning) so if you sent your question on Saturday or even Friday I doubt they have people sitting around the office just for questions on the weekend. It may take a couple days.

Another possibility is that you have not been registered yet and they have no idea who you are. I doubt they will be taking the time to answer questions from people not involved in the action. It was suggested to me elsewhere that I shouldn't be surprised if some new posters pop up with questions for us here and for Gowling from people trying to bog the process down and waste time and money. 

I hope this isn't the case.
