I missed where they requested some sort of statement regarding "current" ownership, included on that page (as if that changed for many in the last couple years).

I sent a statement from my broker separately, but then later asked Delna if we would receive a final word that our documents were in all order.  That was maybe a week ago and I've not heard anything.
