Thank you for providing us your signed opt-in agreement. We have reviewed your agreement and can confirm that you have successfully “opt-ed” in to be represented by the Ad-hoc Committee of Crystallex shareholders.
As per paragraph 7 of the agreement, please let us know if there are any changes with respect to how many Crystallex shares you own or the capacity in which you hold them.
We will provide updates on our Mandate by posting on the Gowlings Crystallex website, accessible here.
