Good point bmh. Gowling is the expert not us.
It is in Tenors best intrest to have fewer opt ins for a number of reasons.
I doubt that what we say will make any difference to those chosing to opt in or not.
The same goes for Paau. I doubt his efforts to convince people not to opt in will hold much weight here.
I also doubt Paau is here from the goodness of his heart. Most of us have been here for years and know the pain that this stock has caused us. We have talked and supported each other for years. We often disagree with each other. The one unifying fact however is that we the shareholders got screwed in the deal and neither Fung, Tenor, or the Noteholders have done anything but attempt to take every dime we invested.
I'm prepared to fight to have my voice heard and will do so until this saga is over. I have NOTHING to lose because unless Gowling is successful I will get ZERO. Tenor on the other hand has a lot to lose if Gowling wins. Over half a BILLION doallars is at stake for Tenor so it doesn't surprise me they will do everything they can to stop Gowling if possible.
