Look, there's a real chance of the return to us going to zero under status quo/doing nothing. Going with Gowling in hopefully big numbers of holders and shares gives us a far better chance of making a difference. So, bottom line, if I was looking at possibly nothing without them and possibly something with them, hey, what would you do? If it goes to nothing with them, well, we gave 'er a shot. Sounds to our best interest to me.
Gowling can't go on to unnecessary litigation without the committe approval either.
