Don, I found the $50,000 spent on deposing Justi fine to be an extremely high figure. I believe Justin is in California. I read the documents a long time ago and wonder how Crystallex and Tenor could spend $50,000. How many lawyers did they fly in for the deposition? I will say that it shows that Fung and and Tenor are worried about how much they are spending of our money. Wouldn't surprise me if everyone flew first class.

My other thought was if Crystallex and Tenor are not concerned about the court case why would they even bother with Justin.
