You are correct JC and I was one of them who believe Fung. I believed cancelling the AGM was ok to save money. I believed Fung really wanted to protect shareholders as he said under oath.

I was fooled.

The biggest issue with some of your posts back then is the same as now. You are not a shareholder. You have no vested interest in this board other than to be argumentative and take joy from our plight.
