The difference between USA and toilet holes like VZ is that we have the rule of law and follow it.  Whenever neocons find a court ruling they disagree with, they always resort to the favorites:  "lefty" "activist" "liberal."   You have no idea what you're talking about.  I would also venture to guess that you've neither practiced law nor taught constitutional law.  And BTW, if you say that we should "bend" the law to help companies, then you are the exact opposite of a conservative strict-constructionist.
