I believe the opt in committee so far have cost all shareholders - in cash terms a small amount but in net benefit easily millions of dollars.

Care to explain how the opt ins have cost shareholders millions? Paau, you must have access to documents only tenor and crystellax have to make that statement. I guess their lawyers would also know first hand.

All litigation so far by the opt in committee has been a failure.

Another gem Paau. What is all the litagation so far? Only and insider would have the information to make a statement like that. To the best of my knowledge the only litagation so far has been to ask the judge to allow gowling to represent all shareholders with an opt out clause. Tenor and Fung fought this so the judge suggested an ad hock committee.
