Fung is a genius. Who wants to be out over the weekend? Ching ka ding a ling, the richest man in China, is a friend of Fung's. There is no way the permit can be denied...Crystallex has built a medical center and is a good corporate citizen. If we win the award and they refuse to pay, we will impound their oil tankers....blah....blah...blah...blah dee fuckin' blah...
