JJ is correct when he said: "You would need to represent youe(r)self and make your own deal ....". I personally have been involved where this was in fact what happened in an investment. Those who had legal representation got paid off. One person went on his own and got more but ended up net less. Of course every situation is unique so I don't predict it will happen here.
