I see this as a good sign, though.

A highjacker wouldn't waste their time trying

to ambush an empty semi truck, would they?  ;-)

It seems to me that someone is worried that the opt in shareholders have a chance

of getting a bigger piece of "their" pie and can't just sit on the sidelines and watch.

Do you think trying to discourage these (us) shareholders is something "they" would do?

I think they would, IMHO.
